The urge to look at it narrowly; just about the taco - makes you think he'll get a slap on the wrist.

But honestly, a judge knows taco or not; this can be/is assault which does carry jail time.

Hmm...Maybe the spicy peppers and the greasy beef can cause blindness.

But when I read the article, I heard that they mentioned a tortilla, so I assumed that the kid assaulted his mom with a soft taco.

And I seriously doubt you can really do a lot of damage with a flour tortilla
