Something I noticed about the civilian forms of the Gouraiger

I saw some clips of the Gouraiger from Hurricanger and I couldn't help but notice something about them.

Their civilian forms look exactly like Ren Akiyama/Kamen Rider Knight and Shinji Kido/Kamen Rider Ryuki from Kamen Rider Ryuki:O_O:.
