Eh, more like the ratings were kinda crap by then already and Oh didn't help it. Iirc (and, I'm welcome to be corrected), Turboranger was the start of the downward spiral that lasted through Oh.

OhRanger is one of the most, if not the most, successful toyline for a Sentai. So it probably wasn't that, though I think its ratings did have an impact on how future Sentai would frame themselves.
