Hiroshi Sakai and hasnt done a thing since Dairanger. He needed the hat on. But I d how he never called his mom mother or even otosan, just KAI-CHAN. and he always lived with Rin but wasnt in like the rangers. He wasnt in the finale.

Kou & Akumaro are twin brothers. Their mother was a woman from the Dai Tribe & their father Shadam{who fall in love with her}. When they were born, it was Gorma policy to kill the weaker twin so the strong one could asborb it's sibling powers & get stronger. But Kou's mother didn't want this, so she set up so the Gorma get the weaker Akumaro while Kou could live a normal life.
Yufhon's Baihu True Sword, hunted down by Akumaro, found Kou & made him KibaRanger. From the very moment he met Kou, Akumaro knew their relationship & tried to lure Kou to the dark side so the he could use the power of the White Tiger to rule the Gorma, with Kou at his side.
But Kou's naive non-violent attitude annoyed Akumaro, who suffered abuse from a uncaring father. Akumaro succeed a few time to enrage his brother, but not intense enough to kill.
The fact is that Kou & Akomaru are 50% Dai-Tibe & 50% Gorma, hence a fan term: "DaiGorma".

They arent twins in real life so I dont see why they played off that ****y story. And whats with the changing of the credits from 16-50?
Magiranger King: No idea, but the two looked a bit similar in my opinon. Of course the only real set of twins in Dairanger were guys who played Kazu/KirinRanger & the "KazuDoppleganger"[Guest-star] (They played twin ninjas in Kakuranger and Kai/BlueBeet & Shadow/BlackBeet in B-Fighter.)
