Now, I will admit here that I haven't seen Hurricanger in a whole yet. But this is my own little fanon idea.
My theory:
Their Identities:
That's just it. That's who they are. Akared and Shurikenger are Akared and Shurikenger.
Sure Shurikenger was once human that traded his identity for power; but Akared doesn't really have a background, whose to say its not similar.
The previous sentai:
As is shown Akared has the ability to turn into any of the past red heroes of sentai, but what about Shurikenger.
Now Akared has not mentioned anything about his teammates. *presuming has any, but hey this is sentai not kamen rider* Now whose to say he isn't the only member of his group that could do that.
In Gaoranger vs. Super Sentai, They mention things that create Super Sentai... be it skill, power, or other stuff. Akared may represent that Red Rose.
As for Shurikenger, it is said in that vs special that there are those that have the ability to disguise (?) themslves in a quick change.
As we are shown, Shurikenger can disguise himself as previous human forms of sentai. Of course, they were all under a different name, but I could turn myself into Tommy Oliver and even call myself Jason David Frank... but then who would I be really...
So if we were to take this into account then...
Akared turns into different kinds of Roses/red
Shurikenger can turn into different sentai human forms.
then the other three may have their own abilities as well they are able to use.
That's really all I got for now...
Also there is a small comparison to Gokaiger... As Akared is to Marvelous, I feel Shurikenger is kind of to don... only because they are both Comedy relief characters...
So what do you think if Shurikenger could be a member of Akared's team?
