Should HJU set up a Internet Radio Station?

I'm have been in a few sites that run their own net Radio station.
Pretty much all someone would need to do is set it up and find some DJ's to spin tracks. They can be whatever, from themed (like only Toku songs, J-Pop etc) or just random stuff depending on the DJ's style.

Any thoughts?

PS. i wouldn't mind being a DJ btw.

It could be run by some of the members.
It would not take much to pull off i think.

I can't for the likes of me remember. I believe that a podcast for promotional purposes would be fine, but I need to refresh my memory. For internet radio streams, the people would need to pay royalties to the artist.
