no doubt my #1 favourite scene in the entire episode and my #2 favourite scene was this exchange:

Magii: You better resist or the princess dies!
(scene shifts to Hitomi crucified on the cliff)
Hitomi: But I'm not even a princess...
Gou: Ah, PRINCESS!!
Hitomi: I said I'm not a princess!! HMPH!!!

my #3 favourite scene would be the Hikaribito's reaction after eating some umeboshi. :laugh: :laugh: I didn't quite like the "opera singing" Gou did near the end though. that was so cringey. THANK GAWD FOR NO ORGASM SCENES FROM THAT ANNOYING SECRETARY!! :buttrock: and it looks like things are starting to heat up in the next episode too. :anime: overall, best episode so far!

PS: as someone who is used to seeing Shinkawa in J-dramas, it was pretty funny and weird to see her getting carried off by a monster into the distance. XD

Hilarious episode xD

I loved how it started off trying to be creepy, giving off that b-movie horror vibe. The umeboshi stuff was hilarious and I love how they used the "umeboshi and unagi not going well together" as a plot point.

Battle was great, and I loved how much of a parody on Sentai it was. Absolutely hilarious. Actually, everything about this episode, right up to the cheesy ending with Hitomi and Gou, reminded me of a typical 90s Sentai episode. :laugh:

Interesting ending, looks like we will get a lot of plot stuff next week!

I know right. :laugh: hence, why this Sentai fan was so happy with this episode. they should do the battle scenes like this more often!

Best episode yet. I love the mix of vibes, from horror to straight up Sentai parody.

I found it a bit odd we don't see Gan fighting in his normal form, only in his human guise during his individual fight.
