Dude, I'm not trying to tell you not to do your dispute. All I'm stating is that you've give your point and that fact that mail that is shipped takes that time depending on how it's sent. Ultimately you and the seller will have to work it out. :thumbs:

And? Why hasn't the seller pm'd or responded on here? Or edited his first post? This isn't a loan agency. If he didn't have the item he should of just said so instead of trying to stretch it out so paypal cannot give me a refund. I don't want to assume whats going on, but I went out on a limb to find buyers for his items and this is the response I get.

It is a detriment for other people who fall on this thread and see items they want in the first post. Thank you to all the posters letting people know what items have been sold, and what he supposedly still has in hand. You can keep putting in your "2 cents" and trying to get the last word as you always do. Its not going to get me my item.

I feel for you... It seems you had the same bad luck with another seller before. I do hope that you get your item or at least your money back... If I have offended you in some form, then I'm sorry that it came to that. Good luck :thumbs:

this dude said he would hold skull for us but sold it anyway and he still hasn't replied to our PM about Rising mighty kuuga ,but now it doesn't matter since we already pre-ordered from oki.
