NGP is Tsunku's personal project (i.e. he actually has creative control over the group). With MM/H!P, the bulk of the creative control belongs to the President of UFA/UFG. I think his name is Yamazaki, or something like that (if you ever watch a DVD for MM or H!P, you'll see his name at the end under "Executive Producer"). Tsunku produces/produced their songs and music, but that's pretty much it.

the reason why it's semi Toku-related is because Mone/GoseiYellow's actress is in it and this is her singing group.
the group originally has about 9 members, but we both predict this is how the group will end up after she finishes Goseiger.
