the reason why it's semi Toku-related is because Mone/GoseiYellow's actress is in it and this is her singing group.
the group originally has about 9 members, but we both predict this is how the group will end up after she finishes Goseiger.

Nope,same company,different project.

They are from Nice Girl Project!.
Normally those from HelloProject are more famous but Nice Girl Project,like it's name suggests,had quite a handful of Nice Girls~

That one i not so sure but normally companies have different "projects" or divisions...
