Uh, how does Obama being elected have anything to do with greedy corporations? However, if you would like to see this country completely destroyed, let's elect Romney in Nov. Let's see how quick this country becomes a giant sized ghetto.

These problems are caused by both Republicans and Democrats and the corporations backing them, etc. I just don't want corporations and government telling me what to do with my own money and what I own in general. Like the pro-choicers would say, keep your laws off my body and keep your laws off my consumer choices. Can't the consumer be responsible for what they buy with their own money?
Yes, I buy Apple products. I own an ipod touch 4g, iphone 4s, ipad 2, and a 13 inch macbook. I love them all. I spent my hard earned money on these things and if I dont want them anymore or unsatisfied, I should have the right to sell them. Apple may have built them, but it was with my hard earned money that is making them rich by buying their ****. And yes, i jail broke all my stuff. I bought it, I should be free to do want I want with it.
Might as well make selling used cars illegal as well now. Might as well make tuning cars and repainting my car illegal as well.

Think about how Obama said rarely anything on SOPA or even his own party's PIPA , passing the NDAA and CISPA.... and then his bail out of GM , Chrysler and the banks leading to our tax dollars being wasted for those whom helped start this recession getting raises and most of them have not been indicted or penalized alongside Chrysler going to Fiat and GM now facing complete struggles with their cars. Obama is so totally not for corporatism. And neither is Romney for that much. [sarcasm] But why should I vote for some incompetent fool whom is a complete failure? When you have people in both parties infiltrated with corporate puppets, you know you need a revamping of the system at hand.
Even as a conservative Libertarian Republican, it ticks me off how out of touch both of these parties are in respect to the people they govern. When we see people using "social issues" as a deterrent for tackling the economy or when I see people attacking religion and or on the other end attacking homosexuals, it leaves me in a facepalm. How can we be a bloody damn country if we at the uttermost levels aren't even a nation even in our core?
I rarely hear of our nation or of people for instance referring themselves to the greater vision of a single free nation, as being patriotic or any hint of nationalism is squeezed out of us in our younger years or discouraged. Whenever I hear of these state Ids and other State divisions , it makes me wonder? What the **** are we really? Are we a nation or are we a confederacy? Sure , state's right shoudl be upheld to an extent , but on matters like IDs, we might as well be the European Union. Fifty different states with fifty different and inconsistent educational systems ,law systems and anything else we can muster out of this observation. What really makes us American rather than Michiganian, Ohioan , Washingtonian or even Californian?
In many instances , our very government enforces racial ,ethnic, class warfare and religious divides in admissions documents , job registration, voting registration and what-have-not and its disgusting. Whether Democrat or Republican perpetrates this, it is not a matter, but it only shows that my matrlineal ancestor George Washington was right. Parties are venom to our republic.
I agree. I root my tablet and have jailbroke my iDevices and I install different kinds of software on all of them and customized them. The right of first sale applies to everything and if Apple does not want to abide by it , then by all means , they can move to China as they are worth dirt to us Americans. I blame this entire thing on the over-regulating and the difficulty creating an affordable product in this nation from scratch any more. If the Model T were made today on our soil, no one would be able to buy it because of all the fees and the costs that comes to making things here anymore , and this goes for much of what we buy , and I mean anything. Toys, game consoles , computers and even the Macbook /Pro is not exception to this rule as easily ,we'd be paying double for such devices if they were made here in the States.
These companies are breaching capitalism by implying that the right of first sale does not apply to its consumers. You cannot be an American company by name and then say since its products are made in some other nation, the rules would no longer apply if they were even in effect . Once a product is sold, it is not theirs and implying otherwise is only stepping towards tyranny, because if nothing is mine that I have purchased, then what's the point of ownership then? If Apple wants to play this game , let them. Let's just say I will no longer buy from them if they pursue such a ridiculous notion that we , the consumers, do not own what we have purchased with our own capital. We give them money , they take money and we get product. It leaves their hands and it is no longer their concern.
That's why I find it pathetic that you cannot transfer your own purchased ebooks and whatnot to others just like you would with the tangible paper and disc formatted products because they call it stealing, yet if I did this with the physical versions , there'd be no issue or at least not until now.
Why should they even remotely care about it when they are not at a loss and in fact, if the person whom bought the resold product loves the secondhand device, that would boost profit sales for the original manufacturer/artist/distributor when the next iteration of said product comes along let alone if its by word. A very backwards step, Apple!
