During my lunchbreak today, when I was feasting on nothing more than a bowl of rice and a cup of water... something caught my attention when reading through UK Newspaper, The Daily Mail... or whatever the heck their Saturday newspaper is. Regardless, I read an article about English TV Station, ITV, being subject to more takeover talks following the purchase of some German TV station.
... and which name of a potential buyer was brought up? Why, it was the legendary Haim Saban! Granted, it would be a consortium bid but still, cool all the same. I scribbled down the couple of lines of text that featured his name onto the back of an old receipt. [... I'll be damned if I know WHY I keep them in my wallet. o__o;]
>__>; Yeah, probably isn't really something anyone would find interesting... but meh, I thought it was worth a mention all the same.
Sorry if I wasted anyones time. ^^;

Daily Mail said:Among these investors is US Media Investor Haim Saban, who made his fortune with Power Rangers and has long been seen as a possible bidder for ITV.
