S.H.Figuarts - News and Reviews

Can't see why not. I mean Kiwi Arms is probably in the works already, so this is just easy money from Bandai's POV

Also, about the Sentai releases: While it's all well and good to support your favorites, bear in mind the import market is just a drop in the ocean compared to the Japanese domestic sales numbers. It might suck, but with the exception of MMPR, basically what we get is mostly determined by what's popular in Japan.

It's also probably why Kiva base form was passed over for 2.0 versions of more popular Riders

Possibly. More than that is that Bandai was promoting the fifth year anniversary of the line itself and saw fit to update/improve the overall quality of some of the oldest ones in it. I expect within the first few months of next year, possibly even around the time of the next Figuarts event, we'll be shown renewal versions of Kuuga and Agito. Along with them, they'll be showing Hibiki's other main riders and forms, so probably by... mid-Spring to early Summer next year we might have a prototype product of Figuarts Kiva.

I wonder if W will get renewal soon? The original W figuart will be five years old next year and he could need a upgrade.

Honestly, every main Rider released up to OOOs should get a renewal.

Fourze and Wizard? Maybe.

Fourze had a inaccurate head sculpt for Base States and Wizard had weird proportions.

Wizard has bad proportions, but he looks very show accurate. If they can just reissue him and fixing his proportions then he would be a better figure. I don't think OOO's needs a renewal because I think he already looks very accurate. The detail, mold and paint job on him are very good and a big improvement over W in my opinion.
