Ryuki's Ending...What the Hell? Help Blizzard Out

This is how I think Ryuki should have ended if that whole reset was done...and not by Shiro either.

-Knight takes the hit meant for Shinji.
-Shinji takes on Odin and beats him but is mortally wounded.
-Shinji changes his wish slightly and wishes for everyone to be brought back and for this Rider War never to have happened, and give everyone a slightly better life then what they had.

-Shiro does give up though and fades away.
-Everyone comes back, Kitoka-san (Zolda) is fine, no cancer at all, and meets up with Reiko-san. Asakura is arrested but he's less of a psycho path and is getting theorpy. Scissors arrested and sent to prison for being a dirty-cop. Gai, continues his games but without indangering others. Tetzuka continues fortune telling. -Impaler marries that girl and lives a good life. Tiga's team goes into some sort of research that aids in humanity's developement. Yui-chan and Shiro both live and work at the tea place.

-now we see Ren in the hospital with his girl friend, smiling and talking. (I dunno I just find it'd be great to see that even Ren can be a happy person).
-Shinji walks by the room and looks in on them, and sees how that they are happy. He smiles feeling that he finally did something for everyone, that he changed things for the better and remembers everything that happened and he's the only one that does too. Then he turns away still grinning and feeling good about giving everyone a second chance, and walks away down the hall and fades away. Since I would have it that it takes a life to give everyone a better chance at life.

LOL love your rant Blizz. Though I really loved Ryuki's ending. I wont try making sense of it but I loved it. ;_; it was awesome. and the series was awesome!

Shinji still is headstrong, doesn't get the scoops he did as Ryuki...and doesn't grow the backbone he did with the Rider system.

Shinji has heart and determination, so he may yet become a good reporter under the tutelage of Reiko.

Asakura would still be a psycho who would probably die by gun-point.

That's assuming that the Mirror monsters had nothing to do with the fire that Asakura thinks he set. That's just a theory, so chances are that he's still the whirlwind madman he was before. He's a psychopath, but I'm still rooting for him to evade the police!

Zolda would still die.

He'll definitely still die of cancer, but his life may be extended because he's not wasting energy and accelerating his physical degredation by fighting. Without the Rider War to complicate matters, he may make quicker progress wtih Reiko-san too. Kitaoka Shuuichi is still a selfish and corrupt lawyer, but without the constant reinforcement of his immorality by attempting to achieve his goal in the Rider War, Reiko, Shinji and Goro-chan might be able to break through that. Luckily, Reiko and Shinji initially meet him and will continue to have dealings with him on behalf of the Ore Journal.

Eri would have died and Ren would of still been a jerk.

Eri died in Shirou's lab because of the experiment involving her and DarkWing, so she and Ren should live on happily. Ren is cold and antisocial, but like with Kitaoka, the lack of Rider War and the domestication by his special someone might make him a better person. It saddens me that Shinji and Ren may never establish a meaningful connection to each other, but I like to think that they remembered each other deep down when they had their confrontation in front of the tea shop.

Scissors still would of been homicidal and probably died after killing a few more people.

His killcount without the Rider system was only one, as far as we know, so he probably wouldn't last long. Reiko probably would have still fingered him as the suspect and he wouldn't have had Volcancer to rescue him.

Team Tiga could go either way. They could of just gotten into something else and went crazy.

The Alternates probably would've lived on normally, but it's also true that they may be the type to look for any "noble" cause to champion and become a hero as a result of. Toujou/Taiga is mentally disturbed and easily influenced by a fervent doctrine, so he probably would've fallen into another one of the Alternates' schemes or joined a cult.

The ONLY one who would surely win at life and become God would be Imperer.

Because Imperer rocks, becomes rich and lives a happy life with his wife. :buttrock:

Imperer was my least favorite Rider after Scissors, but I'm kind of happy for him, even if he was a self-serving prick. At least Ren should be happy too, he and Eri will no doubt go on to get married as well.

I admit that I like a happily ever after ending, but that's taking it a bit too far. Kitaoka's cancer wasn't connected to the Rider War--it was a preexisting condition. Also, if he didn't have cancer, Goro-chan would have never become his servant/body guard. If you recall, Goro-chan originally became his servant because Kitaoka took his case ahead of going to the doctor, where his cancer may have been caught early enough to prevent it from becoming terminal.

I forgot that Eri got injured because of Rider project.

So no Rider Project = No Eri Problem...still as you see, Ren's a jerk.

And I would hate if everything was changed and everyone was happy. It's life. The cancer going away would suck.

And I loved Imperer, he was a fun ass Rider. He was fun comedy, a character that you could get laughs at and he had a really nice actor to play the part.

I know it wasn't part of the Rider War, but I'd still prefer that he didn't have it at all after the reset.

LOL ~~ aww damn I had a great laugh and time readin all da posts XD hehe ~~ ya...Ryuki was my 1st series...1st KR series.... n now dat I look @ it, Blade kinda has a better story...but still....

anyways I was hoping for a better ending as well, sighs 2 bad they couldn't give us one =( and also when Shinji died in ep. 49 I was like WTF?!?!?!?!? ahh.....Im just a big Asakura fan..... I woulda wanted Asakura 2 win da rider war, but that's just assuming stuff like that only happens in that show, n not in real life =P his badassness is just so cool ^_^
