wow i had to look that up.. we call paracetamol, acetaminophen here... XD anyways no it's not... advil is ibuprofen .... which is an NSAID (non-steroidal antiinflammatory) and paracetamols ...aren't XD ... but paracetamols are a bit harder on your liver and is basically just a pain killer, but advils aren't as bad for the liver.... but are bad for your stomach XD

unless u ate recently.... which i just did...so i'm good :3
