Toshiki Kashuu (Shouichi/Agito) -- Agito was his first acting gig, but you'd never know it, because he brings Shouichi to life and there's never really a false note. All of the Agito guys were pretty good, IMO. And Touko Fujita as Ozawa -- perfect casting.
Takashi Hagino (Asakura/Ouja) -- A complete turn from his previous tokusatsu role, he created a villain so strong that what seemed to be a short-term character ended up staying for the rest of the series. And while the writing went down, Hagino still did his best. Pretty much any henshin'ing antagonist afterward apes Hagino's work as Asakura/Ouja.
Masayuki Izumi (Kiba/Horse Orphenoch) -- The one good actor in Faiz? I think he showed a lot of promise in this show, and deserves a second chance in a better show. Just good casting -- you feel sympathetic towards Yuuji.
Atsushi Ogawa (Agito's Sawaki) -- You can pretty much always count on great work by this guy, even when he's given nothing parts in something like Faiz.
Seiji Takaiwa & Toshihiko Seki as Momotaros -- Really, without these two guys, would anyone have given a **** about Den-O? Momotaros is the show.
Renn Kiriyama -- Great lead actor. One of the few W performers who was just perfect at pulling off the silly parts and the dramatic parts. Shoutarou would have been annoying in the hands of a lesser performer, he could have easily been as bad as Otoya.
There's a ton of good Showa guys, but I want to shine a light on...
Jun Yoshida (Birugenia) -- This guy's underrated in the fandom. He's the Showa version of Hagino, where he turns in a performance that's completely different from his other toku character, and gives Black its first active threat of a villain.
