Retarded Japanese Guys

Those guys are a comedy duo (can't remember their name off the top of my head). That's a video of one of their skits. Don't really see how that's "retarded". The guy who posted it apparently is one of those people who sees things that are foreign as being stupid or "retarded" (to use his terminology).
Jerry Lewis does a similar bit where he pretends to use a typewriter and he does it in time to this one piano piece.

Both bits involve body movements choreograhed to fit the music. The Japanese guys intentionally do their's outrageously for laughs, while Lewis' bit is slightly more subtle.

Well, I didn't call it retarded, I just called the name of this thread "Retarded Japanese Guys" because that was the name of the video clip at the website where I found it.
