can one of our Japanese guys help me?

[Mega Ranger]

I've been working on the translation of a manga but i'm stuck on a particular spot, I'll probably need more help in the future but for now can someone translate this and send the answer to me on PM?

Thanks.

I guess I'll take that as a No?
