Actually, the sad thing is that he probably will, if not because of his status and repute then because there are supposed to be safety and health standards in position for food service providers. Fact is there shouldn't have been an olive pit in there and somebody failed to do their job by not making sufficiently sure before it was included in this sandwich shop's ingredients. I'm just relieved that he's not suing for a much higher figure. It's doubtful that he needs this lawsuit money anyway, but filing for some absurd amount would just validate a lot of those stereotypes about Americans' greed and readiness to resort to legal exaction.
