Remember the days of Yugioh and Beyblade?

just hate the english dubbed which they screwed up. although watching subs at the moment especially Yu-Gi-Oh, GX, and 5D's. while watching Metal Fight Beyblade too it is after Takao story.

Don't even get me started on the dub for 5ds.

Ugh, I hate, hate, HATE that the computer voice explains the cards sometimes. It just...ruins the moment.

They did pick cooler names though, I'll give them that.

I Remember Capsule Monsters and Dungeon Dice Monsters from the Manga/Anime, they seemed pretty fun.

But Duel Monsters has become the main attraction.

Now i want to go buy a duel disk off ebay, then borrow my dad's dirt bike and duel someone whilst riding it......

Interesting. I would like that to happen. I love the silly mythology of the Yu-Gi-Oh world and would like it to continue.

But can you point me to where you found that (Not that I doubt you, but college has made me go "source please" just to confirm)?
Same, it's the sort of thing I would really love for tokusatsu one day. As long as you introduce new toys and junk, these characters can stick around and it's worked well enough for Yuugiou so far.

Annnnd! It's from the Bunkoban prints of the series. The author's corner bit at the end of volume 21 says that he worked on...well to be exactly literally "he was in charge of main character designs as well as designs for the D-Wheel" but I've heard through the years that he really only worked on Yuusei and Jack in detailed capacity and wrote basic descriptions of other characters. Part of me wonders if he said "Akiza should look just like that girl from Code Geass with bigger breasts" because I remember people making that connection at first.

I've heard some really out there rumors for a sixth series...there were basically two strong rumors throughout the year. When it was thought the series would end at 51 episodes, there was a rumor going around about "Yuugiou-ATLANTIS" which would have been about Atlantis rising from the sea and its people being under control, forced to duel humans for control of land. The other was a bit more recent (I think it started popping up around episode 100 or so) and basically states that the next series would be called "Yuugiou Space Gaiden". It was basically...humans in a Macross style ship leave earth to find a new home (about 5 million people on the colony) because the earth is dying. They would find out that Duel Monsters originally came from space and it was meant as a means to create strife on Earth and keep humans from advancing technologically. The aliens who created Duel Monsters would infiltrate the colony and Yuuma, the main character, would be possessed by one of the aliens trying to create a peace with the humans as the others try to get the colony to return to earth or destroy it. Though this rumor states that 5D's will be 142 episodes, sooooo it could be true. S

Sounds wacky, but there is a lot you can do with the universe.
