Relation between kuuga and agito

Inoue - one of Modern Rider's biggest problems. I wonder why Agito turned out better than Faiz and Kiva.

Because he was a one trick pony. Inoue doesn't like form changing, doesn't like to spend much time focusing on the actual introduction of an upgrade, doesn't like to make any big explanation for those upgrades. He also doesn't like to focus much on the antagonists.

Agito's set up, using mostly mystical Riders which required basically no explanation for their changes besides some emotional responses was perfect for his writing. The antagonists too were very good for his style, because they were based on a concept most people understand (creator god) and doesn't require much further explanation.

If you think about it, even in Agito he stumbled around a bit while writing more detailed explanations like how the boat incident that triggers everything is completely random or the Kuuga connections, which make no sense from the point of view of the Unknown's story. The form use also was a regression from Kuuga's and RX.
