Rocky sucked, folks. He, like TJ, worked MUCH better as a Blue, but at least TJ didn't have to play second banana to Tommy. It didn't help that Tommy was the only one to get a power upgrade in S2 (as the White Ranger). The original team had the experience to make up for it, but of the new guys, only Adam managed to make up for his lack of power. I give Rocky a 5. (Wanted to give him a zero when I first saw Jason being replaced by him as a kid, so I think I'm being generous.)
