I'm giving him a ten.
Much as everyone here seems to dislike him I have to give him props. I still distinctly remember as a kid that when I heard that there was a kid ranger I got really excited. I knew that it was just a show and that none of it was real, but Justin gave that thin glimmer of hope that even a kid could become a power ranger. Up to that point it was all teenagers, who to me resembeled adults meaning there was a distinct gap that I couldn't match. Kids could do good things but in the end they were always saved by the "adult" Rangers. Justin meant that kids could save the day, and represented to me my shot at my own fantasy of being a power ranger.
He was and still is my favorite character from Turbo, and while I'll admit Turbo was a pretty terrible season, It's my opinion that he was one of the few good things to come out of it.
Personaly I was more disgusted by the whole REALLY terrible Turbo movie, and the appearances of Jason and Kimberly at the end. That was some REALLY terrible acting. ack. Of cource Kimberly's performances were never particularily good, but still... ACKH!
