Questions regarding HLJ orders

Hello all, I've never ordered from HLJ until recently hence this thread. I have recently just placed my first ever order through HLJ and it has been in the "being processed for shipping" phase since i placed the order four/four and a half days ago. Should i email them about it or is this a normal thing with orders from them and It's just me being overly antsy?

Lately it seems to be the norm. I placed an order, paid, got confirmation of payment but the order didn't ship until a week later.

Happened to me once. I sent an email, and I did get an explanation of some sort. Asking through email might help if you're worried.

As long as all my merchdise works then a damaged box is pretty minimal on my worry list
