Yup, that's exactly what belt it is. You can tell by the part that goes around the waist, it's like a small bag strap instead of the plastic slabs of a DX Belt.

Well, Damn. Eh, I still need a DX IXA belt anyways. Maybe i'll try to get the candy toy belt and mod it into a real belt buckle.
@Kamen Sentai; Yeah, they made a candy toy knuckle which made the fist on noise, and blast noise, and they also made a separate candy toy belt which came with a strap, the main buckle, and a cheap, single piece plastic knuckle that did nothing. The belt also came with 3 pieces of plastic that you would put stickers on and each side was a different fuestle.
Anyone got a full candy toy belt w/ knuckle for sale? Or even the DX?

So, I finally got in my set of Candy Toy IXA fusestles. So, they are definitely not DX fuestles. They are actual whistles. Each one makes a different noise. All of the "fake" fuestles make a noise somewhat reflective of the noise used to summon the weapons. If I am able to, I will make a review video.
"note" I do not know if they will fit in the candy toy belt because of this aspect. Still trying to get a candy toy Knuckle and Buckle set. If anyone's got one for sale, PM me.
