Question about a Blay Buckle?

Im watching a Blay Buckle on ebay at the moment and was about to buy now when I noticed something in the auction listing. It says the blay buckle does not come with a belt. This is strange as every picture Ive seen of a blay buckle has a red coloured plastic belt included.

Ive just emailed the seller and he seems adamant the toy has no belt supplied. Were there like two versions of it released (one with out a belt) or does this seller have his/her wires crossed?

Well on the Blade belts, one half of the belt is attached and one is not. He could mean that the other half is missing. W/o seeing pictures though, I can't be sure.

It looks the same as the box for all the other blay buckles on ebay. Does not look like a different version?

That's the DX version, and there's only one version of that. It should come with the red belt but he could have lost it, or maybe he doesn't know what you're asking about it.
