Hahaha yeah, as Smilodon said, I've told the story before. She was 6 years older than me, but she looked young for her age. I was 17, and she was 23. We got introduced to each other during a sportsfest, and everybody had a crush on her since she was the youngest teacher in the whole school. I was the only one who had the guts to talk to her and ask for her cell number which I think became a plus. At first I didn't think I stood a chance and that having her number and talking to her was the best thing that could happen, but when we met one weekend in school since she was fixing some stuff and I was submitting some requirements, she asked if I wanted to go out, so we did. That led to us constantly going out until it led to a hidden relationship with benefits. Yeah, she should go to prison LOL. But that's ok, I mean I learned a lot of things from her which I think I could have been struggling with right now, though to make things clear, I'm not really proud of it. I almost didn't graduate because of the scandal and my parents almost kicked me out when I introduced her to them thinking they would accept her... :disappoin So we broke up when I graduated, she left the school about the same time to pursue a singing career in South Korea (she's a Music teacher btw, since I'm weak against a girl who can sing) while I was in college. We met last year when she came back from South Korea, we went out and it led to another thing, but that was it. The next day, I brought her to her place, said our goodbyes, and we haven't spoken to each other to this day. We weren't compatible and I couldn't sustain a very fantasy-based relationship with her since I was the younger one, and she needs now somebody who's stable enough to support her since she's in her marrying age, and I'm still far from that state. O well, that's life. Might be an awesome story to tell, but I'm not really proud of it and it was one of the most confusing and stressful stages of my life, so don't try this at home guys.
Ok, sorry for hi-jacking your thread jwk94, but my point was that you should take advantage of opportunities like prom to make your HS life a bit more memorable. Who knows? Your date might be the person who'll be the one you're spending the rest of your life with.
