So I decided to crack open a disc and check out Act 1 of this series. I thought it was pretty good. Better than I expected to be honest, even though it is heavily targetted towards females. So I felt a bit out of place watching it. My little sister who is 8, decided to watch it with me and actually liked it aswell.

It was good to see Tuxedo Kamen/Kamen Rider Ibuki.

Usagi is pretty cool, I am just hoping the fight scenes improve as the series progresses.

Is there any big story arcs I should be looking forward to?.

Yep, the Dark Mercury arc and Minako's on-going sub-plot for starters. Hell of a twist there.

I watched the whole show and the special act, and this series was awsome. i want to see more, but can't seem to get act zero anywhere apart from downloads. urggh.

But i will be watching it again, i enjoyed the anime and love the live action. even tho i watched it all i never once saw tuxedo mask henshin.

the dark mercury arc i found a bit disappointing. it should of gone off longer and the battles should of been a bit more extreme. but still a decent arc

It might be aimed at females, but its a series thats worth having in your collection.

The usagi and mamoru built up was very cool. It goes to show calling a girl Baka instead of meatball head makes her fall in love with you quicker.

The ending arc was the best i have ever seen.

Can I expect the other Sailor Senshi anytime soon?.

Funny thing, I ain't an Anime fan but I do remember catching a shitload of the Sailor moon episodes back in 1995-97. So I am familiar with names, characters, and villians. I didn't even realise this until I watched Act.1 either lol.

No sign of the Outers, unfortunately. The closest thing we got was Luna...*shudders*
