After Draken has stripped the Rangers of their powers the Sailor Guardians are left to face down the new threat. Now they unlock the legendary powers to take the fight to him.
April the new Sailor Moon and Usagi the new Sailor Serenity both must lead the Guardians and become Sailor Rangers.
