Presentation about Comics, Manga, etc adapted to live action

So i got this assignment to make a presentation for school, and my teacher said i must pick a subject that involves my hobby's. So i was like well i like watching almost everything with the tag "superhero" or "Tokusatsu" etc...

But the only thing i know about super heroes are the movie's, and up till now ive seen faiz and the serie's kabuto and after(Kiva planing to droped that)

The thing is want to make a presentation about some serie's comics or manga, cartoon or anime, and basicly talk about theire history in comics where they come from.
their history in the cinema as live action...

The reason i do this is because as i stated before i knew these super heroes and other comic related thing through movie's, i never picked up a comic book. Okay ive seen some cartoons/animated serie's, but back then when they were aired it was too young to folow it and too even understand it.
Since english is not my native laguage. And dot live in the US

But because this is something that interest me i would like to get help from people who knows more then me.

I planing of course to search for my self...
But need help because i dont know what i find on the internet is true...

but i also like to hear diffrent opinions from people what they like about certain comics, manga's etc


So anyone got tips?

Go to wikipedia for whatever individual hero, comic line, animated series, company or whatever, anything with a reference you can trust.
