JDF'd makes me laugh. He is the definition of an overweight virgin who lives with his parents at the age of 36. I would ignore anything that guy says and ignore RB altogether considering it's full of idiots anyway.

Hey I'm with you.. the lighthearted crap is just too kiddie for me to enjoy, I definatley go with the serious and darker tone of PR/Toku.

Well said. And remember Mr. Underachiever is one of them. That is the reason why I only post there one or two times a day. Not visiting there that much. I've grown tired of RB and their drama bullshit.

Even tho, I'm sick of PR fans to my stomach. So that is the reason why I love Henshin Justice because I love to discuss and chat with Toku fans about Super Sentai, Kamen Rider, Kamen Rider Dragon Knight and others. HJU is more calm and friendly than RB. I also had a thought about this, I think I should stop discuss about Power Rangers. You see, there are some PR fans here like Mr. Underachiever. I would rather not to discuss with PR fans.

I'm glad I'm not alone with that. I'm really tired of PR fans who are complaining about the serious and darker tone in Power Rangers. All is they care about lighthearted (Oh look, Mr. Underachiever! I got it correct!) in Power Rangers.

Do I see them from time to time on RB? Absolutely.

I'm sick and tired of some people here constantly riding RB's curtails out of some pitifiul grudge they still have with the place for...what....banning them because they happened to be...ooooh...INCREDIBLY STUPID?

Calling them "gay" is as old, dated, and loathsome as you can get. You prove nothing with this ****. It's also detremental to the thread, which is about the upcoming season, a season RB members have strived to deliver information on as diligently as anyone. What is this erection you have for them? Why does this place hate the site so much? No reason at all other than "the mods were dicks", that's life, learn to like the taste of it. You peons only criticise that site because you were banned and treated like filth in the most appropriate fashion there is.

RB doesnt treat anyone that understands it with contempt...because those who do respect it arent content to stay the age of five years old

RB knows more about Tokusatsu AND PR than you give them credit for, and THAT'S why they get all the perks of the fandom where as this place just lingers in contemptable jealously over it

He DID have a point, though. Go-onger isn't the most serious of Sentai, so trying to make it super super dark does seem a little off. And we saw how badly trying to make a dark Sentai a serious PR worked with the first half of Turbo.

The biggest differences that I see, is while Go-Onger has a lot of...quirky moments(and that's putting it lightly) that are more often than not out of the suits like when Hanto dressed up as a clown on stilts and was being chased around by the monster that attacked tall things.

Compare this to CarRanger in which a lot of the wackiness happened in suit. (The battle footage from Trouble By The Slice. Just... the battle footage from Trouble By The Slice)

Damn, I made ANOTHER screw-up in that post. I meant to say, "make a LIGHTHEARTED Sentai a serious PR." :redface2:

But, yeah, that is a good point. They might be able to work around it, especially if they go the Overdrive/Jungle Fury route and shoot a majority of original footage.

Plus, Go-onger did have it's share of serious episodes. And (at least from what I've seen thus far) the battle footage isn't THAT kiddy.
