Power Rangers - Re-watching the Crappy Age

I think Gem and Gemma are kind of creepy actually. Their characters seem to have been brainwashed/mind warped into being these sort of violent childlike destructors. It's an indicator of what the rest of the RPM Rangers would have been if still in the hands of the government before Venjix took over. The Rangers weren't meant to be heroes or defenders, they were made to be easily controlled weapons.

RJ was nice...Lily's action voice is painful, like literally hearts my ears, Casey..is Casey, Theo is lame, and Dom is majorly underdeveloped. Porbably the most underdeveloped ranger ever.

Ok you have a point with Theo and Dom.

I can't take RPM seriously. lol They try so hard to be "darker", but it doesn't come out in their favor, to me that is. Awkwardly holding lasers as if they're real guns, which also look like plastic toys from a dollar store, bland fights...Gem and freakin Gemma, WHAT A JOKE. Eka sounds weird as hell, and has a cocky demeanor that he tries to pass off as tough, but in actuality it makes him seem like a douche that can hardly act.

Look it up anywhere on the internet, even TV Tropes had something about it, i said i would look for the entire story, i do know Disney treated the show like a Step-Child and grew ashamed because Soccer Moms have nothing better to do than complain.

TV Tropes buys into rumors. Just because a majority of people believe something to be true, does not mean it's true. Take Power Rangers Turbo for example. A lot of people thought that Power Rangers Turbo almost killed the franchise. That isn't true. Starting with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season 3, the show was losing ratings. Power Rangers Zeo also made the show lose ratings. It wasn't until the cast change of Power Rangers Turbo, the ratings started to go up. Guess what, TV Tropes buys into this bs. TV Tropes info is no different from other sources that has incorrect info. For crying out loud, people in there try to fit crap that doesn't fit in there. Look at Badass Janitor and you'll see that someone tried to fit Ash in there, despite having NOTHING to do with that trope.

Shinkenger had nothing to do with Toei wanting to make Disney piss off. Whoever thinks this needs their brain checked. Disney just didn't want anything to do with Power Rangers after Jungle Fury because the parents complained about the violence. Power Rangers RPM was made only because some company payed for it to be made under Disney. This whole Toei making Shinkenger to make Disney piss off is a load of ****.

Jason Smith can act, but I don't think Voice Acting is really his strong point. If you want to see him in something else look up his cameo in Legend of the Seeker & see what I mean. I think it was S01Ep05 Identity. He plays a rich heir whose family supports the upprising against the bad guys and, when a witch sees a vision of the main character's death, she switches his identity with Smith to save him. He also ends up getting married to Lily who cameod in this episode too.

And I can see why there are people who don't like RPM. It was definately better than what we'd gotten in the seasons directly before & after, but it was fairly unimaginative in just about everything except for it's wit and humor. I liked most of it, but... I get this guy.
