Power Rangers cast members before and after

I found out of what happened of some PR cast members before and after. note: these are all i know, unless you added something i don't know.

Emma Lahana (PRDT) had her first Disney stint before PR: Dino Thunder. she was in the Disney Channel Original Movie "You Wish!" with Lalaine, AJ Trauth and Spencer Breslin. years after, she appeared in PRDT.

Sally Martin was in PR: Ninja Storm in '03. flash forward to '06 (is it?), she appeared in the Disney Channel Original Movie "Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior" as Brenda Song's friend. to have a Ranger reference, Sally wore blue troughout the movie. (I bet some PRNS fans knew this.)

Michael Chat (PRLR) appeared in the movie "Little Manhattan" as himself, although he shortened his name in this one. he appeared in Josh Hutcherson's imagination (on the Karate sparring scene in his apartment with Charlie Ray and in the Black Belt test).

Sean CW Johnson (also of PRLR) also had a movie... although i can't remember the title, i just saw it by accident.

Kevin Duhaney (Also of PRDT) had a movie too, someone mentioned it in the power chamber but i forgot the title.

Amy Jo Johnson starred in Felicity years after MMPR.

My 9th grade english teacher, Marc Umile, was in a movie with Amy Jo Johnson called "Cold Hearts". My friends and I all asked him what it was like working with her, and he said that she was a real bitch

Well, sorry to hear about that.

Anyways, Cerina Vincent who played Maya in PRLG, she starred in the movie, "Not Another Teen Movie" as a spoof of Shannon Elizabeth's character in American Pie and she was nude throughout the whole movie. Plus she's got a great rack.

Erin Cahill, Jen/Pink Time Force Ranger from PRTF is recently doing a guest appearance on CSI: Miami.

The guy who played Sky/SPD Blue Ranger, who I forgot his last name is now in American Pie: Beta House

Speaking of Sally Martin....she is in this one show with Holly Shannon where they did a lesbian kiss scene together in one episode.

That's about it.

Ohh....I almost forgot, Melody Perkins a.k.a Astronema/Karone guest starred in the one episode of "Charmed" I already forgot the title of that episode.

I forgot that Fil-Am Michael Copon, former Blue Time Ranger in PRTF, is also in One Tree Hill. I also heard he's in a new movie which I don't know what's the title.
