I'd only need LeafGreen to have all five of them but quite frankly I wasn't that thrilled about FireRed and I played Ruby so much I know Hoenn by heart.

I'd probably sooner get HeartGold or start another game in Diamond (I got it for that purpose really since I'm not starting over in Pearl or Platinum)

Yes I'm only missing LeafGreen and HeartGold to have all Pokémon games that came out since the GBA. Back on Game Boy I had Blue, Red, Yellow and Silver

I have all of 'em too(minus HG and SS) except Red and Platinum. Red of course had that problem where you couldnt save your game so I didnt get that, and Platinum I dont ever plan on buying. I'm starting to regret buying Pearl since that was such a bore, more work then fun. Shouldve listend to myself when I said I didnt like Diamond.
I can't wait to get SoulSilver, only 2 more months till I can get it!

Just got Soul Silver. I have a question. I'm in front of the 3 starter pokeballs then i save before i pick one. will the nature be different if i restart?
I'm looking for specific natures right off the bat.

Just try it and tell us. Pick one, check the nature and then try again the same one (if you don't like the nature).

Platinum is more fun than Diamond and Pearl. Lot more stuff hapening, more battles with the rival, the Battleground Café, wider selection of Pokémon (still not a lot of Fire -types) ><

But then again I enjoyed my game of Pearl.

Yes restarting the game will change the nature and rarely the gender and whether or not it's shiny.
