Okay, I'm really not going to make any bones about it, but adapting Goseiger is probably going to be pretty hard for Saban.

Probably even harder than adapting Shikenger was (which seems really dumb for us to doubt it in hindsight considering Naruto's huge popularity with the tween crowd)

If possible, I'd like this thread to be an open discussion on ways how Saban might be able to adapt such a strange story.

TL;DR~ Help Forumlate Ideas To Help Make Goseiger Make Sense For A Country That Sees Religious Discussions As "Taboo"

It's quite easy. So much footage has been changed when transforming, and that's really the ONLY place where there's any wings. Also, while the show IS centered around Angels vs. Aliens...the scripts get changed with a snap of their fingers ANYWAY; So why can't it just become Aliens vs Aliens?

For one, they gotta redesign all of their cards to english versions.
And then there's appealing to the tween viewers without making the idea of "Angelic" or "Heavenly" Rangers look... to put it mildly... gay

Who even said they need to use their cards? Even if it wasn't under Saban's management, there were those sunglasses in Jungle Fury, and it seems that Samurai is going to either have an extra form or a completely new form. Things can be changed QUITE easily. Especially if the new morpher they make is very cheap compared to importing/making cheaper versions of the huge ass Tensouders.

Sigh. I see this all the time for sentai to PR. People were like "how can they take the Japanesey out of Shinkenger". And here we are. It is not hard, they can do anything they want.

Well if they do, kudos to them. Though I can't help but to find it very hard to not use the cards. It's in virtually every action sequence and mecha fights.

This is what happens when you type at freaking 1 in the morning :laugh: Yeah, Jungle Fury.
And it CAN be hard...but they're replacing a WHOLE super form in Shinkenger (at least it seems that way). Sure it's a lot of wasted footage, but it depends on how much human footage they're going to have, how much villain footage (now they have the convenience of just dubbing over EVERYTHING), how much action footage they want to re-film (they were probably going to film a good amount anyway).

They'll probably connect Goseiger to some concept of constellations or something. That is a rather easy alternative that can keep a "heavenly" feel.
