Paypal help?

Yo guys,
I'm kind of new to this Paypal thing, and i have a question.

Can you add funds to your PP account using a non-bank issued Credit Card (like a Capitol One) or does it have to be from a Bank Chequing account?

I think it can use credit cards, before I got my debit card we used to use my moms ones so yer im sure it can.

My PayPal is tied ONLY to my Capital One credit card, and I'm able to use it for pretty much anything, no problem. Mind you, nowadays I think it's required that you connect it to a bank account. When I initially signed up for my PayPal account, all you needed was a valid credit card.

If you're not thrilled with the prospect of giving PayPal access to your bank account, the easy solution is for you to open up a new, separate bank account (possibly even at a different bank altogether) that you will use for nothing but PayPal purchases. This way, PayPal gets the bank account it's asking for, however it's not your "primary" account. All you'd have to do is make sure that it has enough money in it before you made any PayPal transactions.

Well, i did tie it to my Bank Account, but, as i'm sure with most people, it has next to nothing in it most of the time, so i would prefer to pay into my PP with my CC. Plus transfers to and from a Canadian bank account (can) take 6-8 business days....

That's exactly what I did. And leave not much in there in CASE some hack0rz-ness goes on. But yah when I signed up lonnggggg ago, you could get by with just tied in to your CC. Also if your bank account can't cover the transaction, they go to your CC and charge that.

Well, i confimed my card on my PP account, but the transfer funds thing still only says "Transfer from Bank Account", it's not giving me an option for a CC......

if thats the case ill have to wait till next Friday to order anything as thats when ill have money in my bank account again.
