Since when the **** have celebs get special treatment when breaking laws? If Paris Hilton wasn't a celeb and was going through this I'd still laugh at her ass because her level of maturity to handle it is very low. She needs to stfu stop crying and do the time she should of thought about the damn laws before she got all boozed up and decided to drive, multiple times.

She was caught driving drunk. Many celebrities do it and get away with it with little or no punishment. Paris' sentence excessive? No it wasn't. She's damn lucky that California does not have a MANDATORY sentence or conditions as many other states have. In my state there is a mandatory MINIMUM sentence of 90 days. She got off on 45 days but she won't even have to serve all the days either! Oh poor little rich girl.

Paris is damn lucky she's going into a SPECIAL minimum security jail where she won't have to share a cell with someone or anything like that. Oh boo hoo hoo, she has to go to jail instead of being under house arrest where she would have parties and being served on hand and foot. Pity she wasn't in the county in Arizona where the sheriff would have tossed her out in "Tent City" and made her actually work!
