I am debuting my new movie “I Am King†for my new fragance “I Am King†which is available exclusively at Macy’s. This fragrance is dedicated to Barack Obama, Muhammad Ali, Martin Luther King and all you men out there who take care of your familes and respect and treat yourself like the Kings that we are all. I would like to also announce that this is my audition tape for the next James Bond. There is a black president and it’s time for there to be a black Bond. God Bless.

Look, congrats on Obama changing history, but goddamn some of these black celebrities are pushing this race agenda too far. First it was Beyonce campaigning for Wonder Woman, now Diddy going after Bond? Like...c'mon. No offense, but stay in ya lane. Diana and James are white. Period.

There's more than enough room for black heroes and icons, no need to change established white icons to do that.

Because he was already an existing character in the comic books and not the same Green Lantern most people think of.

EDIT - Yar, gotten beaten to it. Point still stands though, these are totally different cases. James Bond is James Bond, more than one person has carried the Lantern mantle.

I'm black and I'm against this idea, much like people were throwing up their hands over the idea of Will Smith playing Captain America. Some things are iconic, and not meant to be messed with. Bond is one of them. I mean, you all must remember the vitriol and bile that was gettin' tossed around when BLOND Daniel Craig was cast, can you imagine the furor that would result if a black, asian or latino actor got cast? The Broccoli's simply aren't that daring, or desiring of controversy.
