The Japan trend in America is still going strong, just look at the amounts of Anime conventions around the country. One out of Twenty (ball park) kids in JR. High to High School read manga and watch anime. Puffy Amiyumi and L'arc En Ciel holding big concerts around the country. The Japan Trend only stands to get stronger as current US entertainment products become stale and boring (seen any good American cartoons lately?).

This is the fact that 4Jerks, the FCC, and other ethnocentric media influences are afraid of. 4Jerks continue to deny the fact that Japanese entertainment has a market in the US and it is growing. Once the Japanese producers themselves realize the market has grown, they will eventually get a stronger grip on the US Market with more direct affect, making 4Kids and other "adaptation savy" distributors obsolete and unnecessary.

Something I wish Toku would develop into.
