"When th' wars end, an' th' Destroyer dies...we'll meet back here, in Odaiba Harbor. America's supposed t' be big an' stuff, an' free of Japan's conflicts. So...you have to live. If you live, our memories will continue t' live on, even if I die..."

"Shoutarou! SHOUTAROU!"​

That was the last I've seen Shoutarou. The boat sending refugees in Japan to America left after we made that promise. The Rider Wars were great and destroyed many cities in Japan. Our parents died during those wars, and the two of us ran for our lives to avoid the conflict. We were only eight at the time. I was sent to America as a test subject to create a Rider that will end the Rider Wars. It utilized the powers of Earth's memories, but was purified into a more stabilized form. However, it involved two people, something the Rider World had never heard of.

During this research, I've obtained the knowledge of the world and have access to every details known to man. I swore that with this new power, I'd end the Rider Wars and meet Shoutarou Ichijou again in Odaiba Harbor. Funny that these wars would make its way to America...

The Rider War was said to have started since the creation of the most powerful devices in Japanese history, the Drivers. The origins of Riders can be traced back all the way to the seventies, when the very first Rider was born, but as a killing weapon created by the terrorist group known as "Shocker." Shocker specialized in biochemical warfare, experimentation, and crimes of genetic engineering, creating what we call Kaijin today.

But some say that their knowledge was obtained by the memories of before the world, such as the Undead war a millennium ago, Grongi even further back, or the races of Orphenochs that have been said to be extinct. Some believe that lifeforms such as Worms exist on other planets. They even believe that these Kaijin have evolved in the near future, allowing the travel of time. Even Kaijin such as Fangires proved the existence of Vampires. Some also believe that those classified as "Unknowns" come from a life greater than ours, as if they were sent down by god to govern and judge us. And there are hints that the Makamou have existed during the days of feudal Japan, maybe even further back, proving the existence of oni. And the existence of these Kaijin lead to experimentation, creating another world based on the reflective surface of a mirror.

It was through Shocker that Riders were born, constantly trying to create the ultimate killing machines that would eventually turn on them to save the world. But based on the memories of the world, Riders like Kuuga, Agito, and Hibiki seemed to have existed way before then, and Riders such as Faiz and Blade, even more so with Den-O, adapted into modern and futuristic times.

But Shocker made one last effort to create the perfect killing machines. In their efforts, they made the Rider Decade, whose soul purpose were to become and control every Rider that ever existed and rule the World. The Riders allied with each other to take down this great threat, the one called "The Great Destroyer." And this Great Destroyer has taken the lives of many, human and Rider alike, leading an army of Kaijin toward the destruction of Japan and this world. The Riders battled for the sake of the Earth, all against this one destroyer. Thus came the Rider War.

The year is 2019, and the original Riders were destroyed. With Decade's conquest of Japan complete, he and Dai Shocker set their sights on America, where the rumored new Rider was said to be in development. But one brave soul sets to pass on their powers so America, where his friend is, doesn't meet the same fate as Japan.

With the knowledge of the world, two become one, and a new hero is born to lead the Riders to victory as the war now moves to America.

Rules​

1. I expect good, well-formed paragraphs (at least two per post) with good use of grammar. Mispellings and small grammar problems are fine, but don't be too consistent with it. I'll understand if you're from another country and you don't know the English grammar very well, so I'll be nice and not get on anyone's back. However, know that I expect you to do your best.

2. Godmodding and powerplaying is a no. I WILL get on people's backs for this like a leech because I HATE godmodding and powerplaying. This means if you make sure that you get your way, no matter what, and you don't die or you don't take hits or you control other people's characters and actions, I will berate you and suspend you for three days. I am dead serious, so don't think I'm messing around.

3. Mary-Sues and Gary-Stus are female and male characters (respectively) who tend to be the center of attention. We will not have that. We will treat each other respectfully and give each other a respectful amount of screentime.

4. If you've read these rules and post, please put the emote of a grey cat with a butcher ax in the bottom of your post containing your profile.

5. If you leave and disappear without warning for more than two months, I will boot you from the RP and give your character to someone else, profile and all.

6. Do not ask for anything. Specifically anything that enhances your character. That ESPECIALLY includes upgrades. I will decide when **** happens, when people get certain things, and stuff. I don't wanna be bugged and bombarded with annoying questions that doesn't affect the RP but a lone character in general.

Name: Tanaka Isamu

Age: 23

Gender: Male

Personality: Isamu is very outgoing and some would consider him cocky. He, rather, believes himself to be very confident. From an early age, he was trained by his father in survival tactics, and is quite proficient with them. He is also rather intrigued by the history of wars, and war-time strategies and tactics. Isamu holds very steadfast to the ideals that only the strongest, but is not opposed to build someone up to become stronger. He also likes math, and enjoys partaking in math puzzles.

History: Born of a Japanese father and Native Hawaiian mother, Isamu has dual citizenship between both Japan and America. His parents are still married, and he has a younger sister and brother.During his childhood, he would go to school in Japan, but his family would visit Hawaii on holidays. He would also spend his summers with his maternal grandparents. He eventually went to university at Hawaii Pacific University, where he graduated with a BS in mathematics. He is currently taking courses at a Japanese university, furthering his education so that he can teach High school level math. When not in class, he tutors students as a profession.

Isamus's personal life has not been the best though. His love life suffers from what he calls "Peter Parker syndrome". He named it after reading some of the American Spider man comics, and realizing he has just as bad of luck with women as the hero did. His longest relationship was with a girl named Erica, whom he went to HPU with. They were together for 2 years, until they mutually realized that they were better off friends. He still maintains contact with her, and his other friends from America. While in university, learned how to surf. Currently back in America, on a vacation.
