13-21 - "Messenger, Part 1" - Morgana sends for her most powerful allies when she decides to destroy Earth herself.

13-22 - "Messenger, Part 2" - A mysterious Ranger from the future must help the Rangers when they are at the brink of defeat.

13-23 - "Zapped" - Morgana gives a down and out magician a magic wand in exchange for his help in destroying the Rangers.

The spolier also said "Ranger from the future" so I'm thinking some time travel is involved. So Sam wouldn't be a kid depending on how far in the future he came from, if it was him that is

Funny how the episode numbers are the same numbers that DekaBreak appeared in, otherwise if this is a "Ranger from the future", maybe they'll play off the Gold Badge thing as the future of SPD, having the BraceThrottle as an all-in-one Moprher and Weapon. Sounds like it could work.
