Dragonball went crazy after Dragonball and the new Dragonball started. Toriyama should have just ended it there (If not, the Cell Games at least.)

Oh Yeah, they still love Doraemon here (actually my family was watching it last night and have really old manga of it) and they still love Conan as well



Everyone:s entitled to their own opinion of what they like. Everyone is different, it:d be boring if we were all the same. So I:m going to stop arguing about anime ;P it:s pointless to argue, especially online.

LOL, I can respect that at least. I have a kind of respect for DBZ, I don't believe it deserves the hype it got, but I really respect Toriyama as an author. His stories had interesting concepts and wonderfully interesting universes. I liked his writing and his art style is quite unique. People really hype DBZ for the wrong reasons IMO. I guess because americans stereotypically aren't interested in writing. They care more about action and special effects.

I like the game Dragon Quest that has the same artists as DB. I:m not too crazy about the style of the faces... but everything else is great.

Hahah, I think the thing I got sick of in DBZ was that no one would actually die. They:d die but they:d say, WAIT I can come back to life! or when they:re fighting, "I haven:t used my full power yet, me neither, mwahahah" and keep powering up. I like the DBZ in... what was it.. 30 seconds or a minute? THe super fast summary of the series cause it:s soo true!

Which is odd because Dragonball/Z/GT's action is so poorly animated. Plus it takes like 10 episodes to lead into one fight that then drags out across countless others.

I haven't been to Japan recently. I went to Taiwan not too long ago, but going back to Japan would be great. I could see my friend again (Somehow, last time, we had a rousing discussion about fermented bean paste o_0)
