I don't know about you guys, but I will most definately join the army if these bastards try to declare war on us.

Why would they **** themselves like that? We all know how that would turn out.

Odds are that the ace scientists over in Pyongyang can't figure out how to make the nuclear warhead small enough to be mounted on an intercontinental missile. I'm not saying that they should be ignored - they are becoming more of a threat than they were in the past as they advance their technology. I'd say they pose the biggest threat to Japan and South Korea rather than the U.S. though.

It also costs money to develop the technology to develop smaller nuclear warheads and rockets capable of reaching further than the west coast of the U.S. and N. Korea can barely feed its own damn people. But of course that won't stop them from pouring what scant resources they have into their bloated, rhetoric-fueled military.

If they had the capability to launch such a warhead though...they probably would. These people see all Americans as arch-enemies - imperialist dogs that need to be put down. The North Koreans are beyond delusional to a very terrifying degree. I mean, they announced they discovered a lair for ancient Asian unicorns last year. Delusional, insane, rhetoric spouting people seldom pair up well with WMDs. Let us just hope that for now this is nothing more than chest-thumping from officials to inspire their own poor, starving masses.

Even if they do have weapons of mass destruction, their biggest ally seems as if they'd rather side with us than them & the country is so god damn small & poor, a good surgical strike at, say, a public rally could take out their entire government at once.

Of course, the problem is the devotion of the people & the remains of the military would probably start a nuclear strike if it happened, so you might have to identify their WMD stores & drop teams in to seize them at the same time as the attack.

It wouldn't be an easy strike to manage, but NK could theoretically be conquered in a day or two. In other words, threatening us is not putting them in a good position.

But seriously, North Korea is digging its own grave. The only people who would ally with him are nutjobs and people that North Korea own.

Everyone will just focus one or two nukes each on NK and bam. No more war.

I HAD to laugh at this article.

Because , SERIOUSLY?
They have :

-no economy. Being hardline communist killed any private industry and not much really exists outside of Pyongyang worth of note.

-their people. You can't derive soldiers from your city folk and elite any more,which I tally personally at a few million, which is unimpressive to say the least. And since malnutrition is the norm here with common diseases killing and maiming their majority , I don't see them doing much once they get slaughtered in a few days after their declaration.

-Why send our men when we can drone them nonstop? Send a few thousand after the drones weed the majority and place a few of our men to show the fall of their deity right in front of them. Since they're all living on the brink anyways and have hobbits as their next generation due to such malnutrition....I feel they might as well be put out of their misery.

Did the US ever restart the food aid to North Korea they suspended last year? If not, it could be North Korea upset at the whole situation. Regardless, a country with the infrastructure of North Korea declaring any sort of threat against the United States is ridiculous.
