So...since I think I missed this part....WHY did Bane help Talia as a kid?
And he has that mask on cause...they fucked his mouth right?

Bane's voice was just TURRIBLE...........TURRIBLE.

Then again, I'm not a fan of Christian Bale's Batman voice either..........but the voice they gave to Bane made Bane sounds like a pussy.

As for the movie in general, it was decent enough to be worth the money seeing it. It is no "The Dark Knight" though

The mask didn't sustain Bane's breathing. He can breath fine without it. But when the prisoners went ape-**** on Bane and the Doctor tried to help him, it left him in a state where he was in constant pain. The mask provides a mixture of some sort that keeps the pain at bay.

Yes, that's why Bane doesn't flinch during his fight with Bats, until Bats damages the mask, in which we can see that Bane folds up like a fetus.

And for those who didn't know, it seems John Blake (was not just Robin) but was based from this kid:

And yeah, I loved Anne Hathaway in this movie, it's great to see Christian Bale get a hottie this time around.

They never explain why. I would guess it was out of some sense of honor. Trying to protect the only good, innocent thing in the pit.

It was intresting that the gave Talia Bane's back story in this movie. He wasn't Ra's kid in the comics, but the rest of it was pretty much his back story.

Talia was actually Ra's daughter. Bane was just some random protector in the pit, he wasn't related to Ra's in any way
