Anyone else a fan?

I recently downloaded and burned the Never Ending Wonderful Story DVD, which was a Nippon-wide tour they did as a token of their return as a group (they had split up for a year prior to that). I loved it...all the members are pretty incredible and funny people.

I also have most of their songs. Favorites include: Hoshi wo Mezashite (the first song of theirs I heard), I.ZA.NA.I.ZU.KI., Sayaendou, Cherish, weeek, and the new single theme for the Kurosagi movie, Taiyou no Namida.

Every time they appear on TV, fun times ensue. Here's an episode of Shounen Club, where they played "News wo Abake." Good stuff.

Definitely a NewS fan!! Their songs are just great, but I can't find a DL for quite a few of them. It would be pretty cool if our favorite Kev-san would give us some DL links to their songs. *Has weeek, cherish, & Taiyou No Namida*

I got most from a friend at church. You can just google the name of the song and see if you can find a download that way. I'll ask how she got her songs, though. ^_^

They're awesome. I think every single one of them have been in a drama, too. We know Yamapi's been in quite a few...Massu and Tegoshi were in My Boss, My Hero, and Ryo-chan was in 1 Litre of Tears. Koyama just gets random guest appearances across the map, like in Kurosagi and Yukan Club. Shige was in...uh... XD

Yeah, pretty much all of them are Drama actors too. From the ones I've actually seen act (which is just 3 of them I think), they're pretty good at it too.

Ive hear weeek and tayou no namida but im more of a KAT-TUN fan.

I like KAT-TUN too. They've got great presence and I love their personalities...but their music isn't my style most of the time. I like "SIGNAL" and "Keep the Faith" by them...but other songs, like the new one, "Lips"...ugh. They're really R&B-ish.

Have you heard Hoshi wo Mezashite by NewS? That song got me into them.

I think I first got into NewS when I heard that greeeen was going to be writing a song for them, that song turned out to be weeeek, which I freaking loved, so I downloaded their latest album.

Their music is really hit and miss with me, they'll have some awesome songs, but most of the time I find myself getting bored with them. I'd say weeeek and sayaendou are my favorite songs from them right now. They are just about the only Johnny's band that I like though, well them and TOKIO.

I know what you mean with the songs being hit or miss. I watched the whole concert tour DVD, and most of the songs were meh. The group just seems like they'd be really fun to hang out with...if you know what I mean. I love watching their appearances on talk shows.
