New Pokemon Dub...BE AFRAID

if any of you caught it, this morning Kids WB aired "master of mirage pokemon," a 10th anniversary special. aside from some inexplicably HORRID animation quality, this special boasted the first appearance of the new dub cast. BE AFRAID

it's terrible. sound-alikes are NOT cool. brock and ash have to be the worst-dubbed males since keitaro in love hina. it's just...*shakes head*...

i really hate to say this (and it feels really strange), but nintendo's (through the pokemon company) decision to take control of the pokemon anime was a BAD IDEA. nintendo never makes any bad ideas, so i am terribly confused and afraid....*sigh* there goes pokemon. once it's off the WB, it's dead to me (except of course in subtitled format lol)

PUSA did say they'd only use this to "test the waters" so there's still a good chance at saving the dub if enough people write to them.

Keitaro's voice wasnt bad. You want the worst male voice dub in an anime? Look at the Kid character from Burst Angel. Worst. Voice. Ever. Or Seiyna from Tenchi GXP. Good lord they were sissy voices.

i've never seen those dubs ^_^ but i still think keitaro's voice was terrible. the poor man had a sock up his nose for pete's sake. but anyway, you got my point....new pokemon dub is BAD :bawling:
