I was excited about this until I found out Sandra Hess won't be playing Sonya this time. :bawling: She was the main reason I watched Annihalation. I might rent this new one when it comes to DVD, but its certainly not something I'm going to rush out and see.

Personally, I love Sandra. She made a fan out of me during her run on "Pensacola: Wings of Gold", so what can I say? I'm disappointed. It may very well still be a good movie, but I'm less thrilled about it without her.

I agree with you, I really wanted her to be Sonya Blade like she was in the second one.

Sonya blade is my favorite Mortal Kombat character, & I think that girl did a good job in the second Mortal Kombat movie. & I personally like both movies & that is why I want a third that isn't a do-over or anything like that.

It may sound contradictory but I liked MK Annihilation and I'd really like to see a fresh start.
I mean, let's be realistic, I loved the movie, but it was pretty bad.
