New Masked Rider

Well I for one hope it to be true. Masked Rider should return. We need more shows like PR on TV over here. I doubt it's true but man that would kick ass if it was.

Am I really the only one that can see what this is? It's not a new Masked Rider in the US. In fact, the main thing there says "New Kamen Rider" in 2007. All that means is that there will be a new Kamen Rider series in 2007, which is far from newsworthy. "New Masked Rider" is just the the same title in English. Kamen Rider has always been called Masked Rider, because it's the same title. This has nothing to do with any Masked Rider in the US.

Indeed, Tv.com also covers Sentai.

Bruce, I hope, is smart enough to realize that Americanizing Kabuto into "Newer Masked Rider" would be one of the worst things to ever do. It would be worse then... Americanizing Battle Royale.. oh wait. ****!

Seriously though. I am one of the biggest Kabuto Fans but I know that You CANNOT make Kabuto into the New Masked Rider for one HUGE reason. It would be the SECOND in the Series. Noone would understand any of the Anniversary's Nod-Offs. If you think you can get away with rewriting the story of Kabuto to fit an American story and fit the original " Hi, Im an alien who escaped a planet to be a Insect Fighter of Justice!" then your even more stupid then the one behind the making of this.

Kabuto is one of the best Kamen Rider Series to date ( Course I'm speaking for a guy who hasnt seen more then a 10 eps of Hibiki, and 1 ep of Faiz, and the Movie THE FIRST) but still, If America was to do any Kamen Rider, they shud definitly Redo the entire thing from scratch and just start it with season number 36. That way, when they reach their season 5, Kamen rider will have season 40! it wud then correlate with anniversary specials!

Hmm....if there is a Masked Rider show that is to be produced and shown on English channels,i must say it will be corny. Saban's one was bad enough.

How would you know? Like PR's owning Sentai for a good four years now, it could very well be an improvment over Kamen Rider, which is by now nothing more than a glorified Metalder comeback. At least a Western Masked Rider may actually just stick with only ONE and stay true to the concept and find a way of keeping the others to the background

Televison production has drasticly improved since freaking 1994. You understand you`re comparing Superfriends to Justice League? Better production means better professionals at the helm. Can you even begin to compare the two Stargates on the same level? What about the 1960s Batman cartoon vs the Bruce Timm version? I could go on if you like.
