Need some translation help pls

Hi Guys I need some one who can read Japanese fluently for help... My Cheap Ass Uncle Bought these Cordless phones in HK but there all in Japanese and I cant seem to find a button to turn the ringer on for the Cordless satalite phone all the buttons are in japanese Domo.

I'll do the basics:

Top three, I assume is turn the phone on and something else, but I see Remote optiocn

1 - Rewind
2 - Speed/Play
3 - Fast forward
4 - 6 Forgot those characters
7 - 8 - Music
9 - Nothing
* - Tone/Yen
0 - Nothing
# - Bell

... er, yeah...

Why don't you do a trial by error.
