Need new game...

I'm thinking about buying a new game, but I could use some suggestions. Here's what I'm considering:

Dragon Age Origins
Way of the Samurai 3
Fallout 3 Game of the Year
Demon Souls

Right now I'm leaning more towards Dragon Age, with Fallout 3 second, and Way of the Samurai bringing up the rear...
